Root cause: The email messages are getting incorrectly marked as phish and quarantined in Exchange Online due to ever-evolving criteria aimed at identifying suspicious email messages, as spam and phishing techniques have become more sophisticated in avoiding detection. More info: While we work on a long-term fix, users may be able to follow these steps to remediate impact: 1. Navigate to Microsoft Copilot Studio 2. Navigate to the Agents tab 3. Navigate to Channels 4. Select the affected Microsoft Copilot agent you want to download and then select "Availability options". 5. Select copy link. 6. Paste the link in your browser of choice. 7. Users will then be prompted to select the Copilot agent using the "Add" button. 8. Once the app is installed, select "Open" on the Copilot agent to test functionality by sending a messages to check for responses. Current status: We're investigating a potential issue with Copilot agents in Microsoft Teams and checking for impact to your organization. We'll provide an update within 30 minutes.
